Ingredients:
2 cups kale leaves, stems removed
1 green apple, chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
1 cup coconut water
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain using a fine mesh strainer if desired.
Pour into glasses and enjoy the immune-boosting goodness!
