Milk, sugar, lemon juice or vinegar, water, cardamom pods, saffron strands, chopped nuts (like almonds and pistachios).
Method:
Boil milk, add lemon juice to curdle it, strain and knead the paneer, shape into small balls, cook in sugar syrup, soak in flavored milk, garnish with nuts and saffron.
