Ingredients:
2 cups spinach
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 green apple, chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
1 cup water
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, if desired.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
