Carrot: 1 kg (paste)
Milk: Two cups
Sugar: ½ cup or as per taste
Ghee: Half a cup
Khoi Ka Paneer: Half cup (grated)
Skull powder: Two tablespoons
Cashews: Two tablespoons (chopped)
Raisins or dried grapes: Two tablespoons
Cardamom powder: One teaspoon
Bark Powder: One teaspoon
Pistachios or almonds: finely chopped (optional)

Method:
Boil the carrots in milk in a pan and cook until the carrots soften, until the carrots become soft and the milk thickens.
Now add sugar to it and mix well, cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the mixture thickens and cooks the carrots to the size of a food bag.
Now heat the ghee and add the cottage cheese to it and fry lightly for about 5-7 minutes.
Now add carrot mixture and coconut powder and mix well.
Add cashew nuts, raisins or dried grapes, cardamom powder, and cocoa powder and mix.
Reduce the heat and spread the paneer halwa in a thali or plate.
Top with finely chopped pistachios or almonds and let cool.
After the halwa cools down, cut the seeds and the delicious carrot halwa is ready.
Delicious carrot halwa is ready! Serve hot and enjoy.
