Equipment:
Greens (mustard, spinach, cauliflower etc.) - 500 gms
Onion – finely chopped
Tamhan - one teaspoon
Cumin – one teaspoon
Turmeric powder – one teaspoon
Salty – as per taste
Olive oil or ghee - two teaspoons

Method:
First, wash the greens and cut them into small pieces.
Heat olive oil or ghee in a pan.
Peel the onion and add it to the pan. Stir the onion and stir it.
Now add cumin, cumin, turmeric powder and salt and fry for few minutes.
Now add greens and mix well.
Reduce the water and push the greens and keep them on the tail. Inhalation time is maximum 15-20 minutes. If you like some spices like turnips, you can peel them.
Saag is ready, now you can serve it with naan or rice.
