Ingredients:
- Chicken pieces: 2 cups
- Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
- Tomatoes: 2 (chopped)
- Oil: 3-4 tablespoons
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Green chilies: 2-3 (chopped)
- Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Fresh coriander: chopped
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté chopped onion until golden brown.
- Add chicken and cook until golden, then add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, salt, garam masala, and cumin seeds, and cook.
- Add yogurt, mix well, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
2. Chicken Biryani
Ingredients:
- Chicken: 1 kg
- Rice: 2 cups (cooked)
- Onions: 2 (fried till golden brown)
- Tomatoes: 2 (paste)
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Saffron: 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, fry onions till golden, add chicken, and cook until golden.
- Then add tomato paste, yogurt, saffron, garam masala, and salt, and cook.
- Add cooked rice and soaked saffron water, cover and simmer, then garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
