Ingredients:

Bowl of okra and tomato salad topped with fresh mint leaves

500 grams okra (bhindi), boiled and chopped

2 tomatoes, diced

1 onion, finely chopped

2 green chilies, chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine boiled and chopped okra, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, and green chilies.

Add lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Toss everything together gently.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
