Ingredients:

Stir-Fried Okra with Garlic Recipe
500 grams okra (bhindi), sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon suga
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Sesame seeds for garnishing
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Sauté until garlic turns golden brown.
Add sliced okra and stir-fry on high heat for 5-7 minutes until okra is tender yet crispy.
Now add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
