| Spicy Mango Salsa Recipe |
2 ripe mangoes, diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red onion, jalapeno pepper, and red bell pepper.
Add the fresh cilantro and lime juice to the bowl. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
Let the salsa sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld.
