1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shaking off any excess, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
In a small saucepan, combine the honey, Sriracha sauce, and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat until the mixture is heated through and slightly thickened.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the honey Sriracha sauce over the top, tossing to coat evenly.
Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired, and serve hot.
