Ingredients:

Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms
12 large mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Spoon the spinach mixture into the mushroom caps, filling each one generously.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden and bubbly.
Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
