Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup semolina (sooji)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Salt to taste
Water for kneading
Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, semolina, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles.
Use a fork to prick the circles all over to prevent them from puffing up while frying.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the circles until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Let them cool completely before serving with your favorite dip.
