Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1/2 cup green peas
1 onion, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoons oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and sauté.
Add peas and rice, mix well, and sauté.
Add garam masala and salt, then pour in 2 cups of water and cook until the rice is done.
