Ingredients:
1 cup green peas
200g paneer, cubed
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, and all the spices. Cook until oil separates.
Add peas and paneer cubes, mix well, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or bread.
