Ingredients:
2 cups diced pineapple
2 cups diced mango
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the diced pineapple, mango, sugar, and lime juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the fruits are soft and the mixture thickens, about 20-25 minutes.
Mash the fruits with a fork or potato masher to break them down further, if desired.
Once the jam reaches your desired consistency, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
Transfer the jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly. Store in the refrigerator.
