Ingredients:
Tangy Blueberry Lemon Jam Recipe
4 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups granulated sugar
Zest and juice of 2 lemons
Instructions:
In a large saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer until thickened, stirring frequently, about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Transfer the jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly. Allow to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
