Ingredients:
1 apple, diced
1 pear, diced
1 mango, diced
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
Salt to taste
Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the diced fruits and cucumber.
Sprinkle lemon juice over the fruits and cucumber.
Add chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt according to taste.
Toss the fruits and cucumber until they are evenly coated with the spices.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.
