Ingredients:

Irresistible Banana Nutella Sushi Rolls

2 ripe bananas

4 nori sheets (seaweed sheets)

Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread

1/4 cup crushed nuts (such as peanuts, almonds, or cashews)

Honey (optional)

Instructions:

Peel the bananas and cut them in half crosswise, then slice each half lengthwise into thin strips.

Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat or a clean kitchen towel, shiny side down.

Spread a thin layer of Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread evenly over the nori sheet.

Arrange banana slices in a single layer across the center of the nori sheet.

Sprinkle crushed nuts over the bananas.Roll the nori tightly around the filling, using the sushi mat or towel to help you roll.

Wet the exposed edge of the nori with a little water to seal the roll.

Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and filling ingredients.Slice each roll into 6-8 pieces using a sharp knife.Drizzle with honey, if desired, and serve.
