Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 small cauliflower, grated
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Ghee or oil for frying
Instructions:
Prepare the dough for the parathas by combining whole wheat flour, salt, and water in a bowl. Knead until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together the grated cauliflower, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and fresh coriander leaves to make the stuffing.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a small circle.
Place a portion of the cauliflower stuffing in the center of each circle and seal it by bringing the edges together.
Roll out each stuffed ball into a flatbread, dusting with flour as needed.
Cook the parathas on a hot skillet or tawa with ghee or oil until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with yogurt or your favorite curry.
