Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
200g paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Ghee or oil for frying
Instructions:
Make the dough by mixing whole wheat flour, salt, and water in a bowl. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
In another bowl, mix together crumbled paneer, chopped onion, green chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and fresh coriander leaves to make the stuffing.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a small circle.
Place a portion of the paneer stuffing in the center of each circle and seal it by bringing the edges together.
Roll out each stuffed ball into a flatbread, dusting with flour as needed.
Cook the parathas on a hot skillet or tawa with ghee or oil until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt.
