Ingredients:
1 cup broken wheat (Dalia)
500g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
1 cup split Bengal gram (chana dal)
1 cup split red lentils (masoor dal)
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
4-5 green chilies, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoons red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 cup cooking oil or ghee
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Follow the same instructions as the Traditional Beef Haleem recipe, substituting boneless chicken for beef. Cook until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
