Creamy Carrot Raita Recipe |
Yogurt 1 cup
Carrot 1 medium-sized (grated)
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon (chopped) for garnishing
Method:
Whisk yogurt in a bowl.
Add grated carrot, black pepper powder, cumin powder, and salt, mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Carrot raita is ready to serve with pulao or biryani.
