Refreshing Carrot Salad Recipe |
Carrots 2 medium-sized (julienned)
Cucumber 1 medium-sized (julienned)
Onion 1 medium-sized (thinly sliced)
Green chili 1 (chopped)
Coriander leaves 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix julienned carrots, cucumber, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves in a bowl.
Add lemon juice and salt, mix well.
Carrot salad is ready to serve with any meal.
