Ingredients:
2 cups peas
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups vegetable broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Heat olive oil in a pot, add onions and garlic, and sauté until soft.
Add peas and vegetable broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Blend the soup until smooth using a blender or immersion blender.
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
