Ingredients:

Creamy Spinach and Bacon Pasta

8 oz pasta of your choice

4 slices bacon, chopped

2 cups fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)

Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon drippings in the skillet.

In the same skillet with bacon drippings, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add fresh spinach leaves to the skillet and cook until wilted.

Pour in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using), to taste.

Add cooked pasta and crispy bacon to the skillet, tossing until well coated in the creamy spinach sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy your creamy spinach and bacon pasta!
