Ingredients:
Delicious Chicken Korma Recipe
500g chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons ghee or oil
2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Heat ghee or oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
Add tomato puree, ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cook until the chicken is almost done, then add yogurt and garam masala. Simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
