Ingredients:
Hearty Pea and Potato Curry Recipe
1 cup green peas
2 potatoes, diced
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, and all the spices. Cook until oil separates.
Add potatoes and peas, mix well, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
