Ingredients:
Paneer Tikka Spicy Grilled Indian Pakistan
400g paneer, cut into cubes
1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 onion, cut into chunks
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Tandoori masala powder
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for grilling
Skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, Tandoori masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, and salt.
Add paneer cubes, bell pepper, and onion chunks to the marinade. Mix well to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
Remove from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt sauce.
