Tasty Carrot and Peas Sabzi Recipe |
Carrots 300 grams (chopped)
Peas 1 cup
Onions 1 medium-sized (chopped)
Tomato 1 medium-sized (chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
For tempering: Oil 2 tablespoons, Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and sauté.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy, then add spices.
Mix in chopped carrots and peas, cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
Carrot and peas sabzi is ready to serve with rice.
