Ingredients:
500g mutton, cut into pieces
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons ghee or oil
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Heat ghee or oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
Add mutton pieces and cook until lightly browned.
Stir in tomato puree, ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cook until the mutton is almost done, then add yogurt and garam masala. Simmer until the mutton is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving
