Ingredients:
3 cups raspberries
3 cups peeled and diced peaches
2 cups granulated sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
In a large pot, combine the raspberries, diced peaches, sugar, and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the fruit softens and the mixture thickens, about 25-30 minutes.
Mash the fruit with a potato masher or fork, if desired, for a smoother consistency.
Once thickened to your liking, remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
Transfer the jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating.
