Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 hamburger buns
Toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, cheese, condiments of choice)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet for about 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the bottom halves of the buns, then add desired toppings and condiments. Top with the other half of the bun and serve.
